I think if you are looking for a one-stop-shop gym, I would suggest you visit the Virgin Active Health Club here in Sea Point. They offer tennis and squash courts, a swimming pool and a fully equipped gym. They also have trainers there.
This club seems to have a bowling field and couple of tennis courts. And if I may add, they are most likely to be the tennis courts with the best view in South Africa. This is the their website: http://www.fresnayesportsclub.co.za/ . I am certain that you will be able to arrange a tennis trainer here, or at the very least get some friends to play with you.
